Create new email and cannot login (email address does not exist) but the old email still can login

Hello everyone, i need help, i create new email and cannot login via webmail (email address does not exist) but the old email still can login via webmail. Anyone have same problem? or have some solving for this?

What did you do? , did you create an new password for that email address (because you say old email can login) ?
Try to reset your password in DA panel (section email ) instead in Roundcube (if so)

Do you have license with support at DA?

Other browser other device ?

Try deleting the email account.
If you succeed, create it again newly.
Still no succes?

If not, do you see the email account amongst the email accounts in DA itself?

Are you logging in with the full email?

Did you check your DNS records and mx records?

When you say Webmail you mean Roundcube right?
