How upgrade MariaDb

Please take care of reading changelogs for changes defaults and other things.

Also take care of 100% good offline backups of all DB.

You can't go back with a simple downgrade after update , is not supported , so then you need to install all mariadb again and restore backups

I did a double take on Mariadb 5.5 thinking it was 10.5. The 5.5 series was released almost 10 years ago.
