"License has expired " error occur whenever I try to login to DA. I was unfortunately not aware and the server is running centos 6 (I just figured that is EOL)

Version: DirectAdmin v.1.62.4

Compiled on 'CentOS 6.7'
Compile time: Jun 29 2021 at 16:02:03
Timestamp: '1625004102'
Compiled with IPv6
Static binary: yes
commit sha: 6e92027
gettext support: yes
gettext path: /usr/local/directadmin/data/lang
eol timestamp: 1619848800
eol time: May 1 08:00 2021

./getLicense.sh
and
/usr/local/directadmin/scripts/getDA.sh

complete fine but the same error occurs ... is there a way to migrate accounts to new upgraded os box? without using DA? I had no much experience migrating it with DA interface

Desperately needs help

Thank you for replying. I understand upgrading the OS is the way but there's not a way to upgrade without clean install which therefore will results in losing current data ( I can't migrate/backup data with DA)

unless you could please suggest a way around it?

Why ? DA can create excellent backups that you can import into your new server.
is Centos 6 32 or 64 bits ?, 64 bits are updatable to 1.65.7, although I am not sure how much this last (we have one Centos 6.10 ELS box)

When Centos 6 64 bit try to manual update : https://docs.directadmin.com/direct...ting-da.html#manual-update-using-cli-commands

You can try to make an backup by CLI : https://forum.directadmin.com/threads/cli-admin-backup-not-working-license-expired.64928/post-338103

Centos 32 bit

I tired manual update and CLI and failed totally , still stuck at 1.6.2 not updatable to any version further

Would anyone willing to help professionally $ ?
You may employ any server management company (including mc2) to do the migration to a newer OS if you wouldn't like to do it yourself. I'd like to note command-line backups still work and they can be restored on a new server.
