403 Forbidden Error

We are facing an issue in our all hosted domains , home page is working but the inner pages showing the error , i here by attaching the error domain links and screenshot

Well.. the carereflabs packages link on the bottom also gets a AVG virus scanner popup, so I wouldn't click on that one.

Seems it's fixed now? Because both sites mentioned first are working correctly at the moment. How did you fix it?
