Directadmin.com blocked my account without any notice

Hello
4 days ago all of my lifetime licenses expired and my account was disabled on the directadmin.com/clients website.
After that, My hosting business has gone to waste. The DirectAdmin staff did not answer my email, and now 4 days that my all licenses were expired.
I think after this topic they deactivate my forum account without any notification or any reason.
anybody does same problem as me?

How can I solve the problem?

I don't think so, never seen them doing something like that before.

Lifetime licenses do not expire. If your account was really disabled and all lifetime licenses too, then the question is where did you buy those license?

Never seen a kindlike issue on the forum. I would suggest to use a trustworthy email address which will not get into a spam folder like a gmail address and then contact sales by the sales email address and ask them what could be wrong.

Or maybe you get lucky and very maybe @DirectAdmin Sales might respond to you here.

All licenses were bought directly from the DirectAdmin website.

Today I resend the email through Gmail.
I will be waiting for their answer in the email or on the forum.

This is horrible.
Today is the fifth day that we did not have access to DirectAdmin and all of our customers migrated their website to the other hosting company the DirectAdmin staff did not answer their email and this topic.
 
Sorry to see this but why did you wait for so long ?
Why didn't your rent an (temporary) another server with DA license and migrate your clients?
If you really bought your license here with an valid credit card or other payment form this is really an serious miss from DA.

It's not easy. too many websites are hosted on that server and the migration process is risky when your auto backup process did not work for license issues.

Yeah, All licenses were bought directly from the DirectAdmin website.
 
No reason to migrate anything -- in an emergency situation you can simply order a new license and getLicense.sh the key, and you're back up within 1 minute. We don't have any mechanism that blocks a server from accepting new keys.

As for reasons an account can appear suspended, there could be many. @Richard G is correct that you don't hear about it much, maybe because it tends to be more of a legal matter.

@DaNgErOuS please PM me your client ID and I can try my best to take a quicker look, but I would suggest getting a new license key as a short-term solution.

Sorry to say, but that sounds a little bit fishy. Its the fifth day and all users migrated already to other companys - sorry, but i cant believe this. Dont think that ALL users move so fast.

Anyway, like all the others said already, why not get in the meanwhile a new license - easiest way ever. Its a act from a few minutes...

Altough, i hope the case gets solved for you and we hear here, what the problem had been.

That does not make sense, because I have many licenses and totally the new licenses are very expensive and increase my company's costs. Given that I had many lifetime licenses already paid.

How many days would be waiting for your very slow answer?
Why you and your staff did not answer our request in PM or in the forum?
Did you understand our situation and your Economic shock to our company?

Hello, Sir/Madam
The purpose of this letter is to express our objection to the contradictory behavior of Direct Admin. The following considerations should be taken into account:
1- All the licenses we bought from you were valid until 2038 and were for life.
2- When buying the licenses, there was no information about the sudden change in the policy of the Direct Admin company.
3- The site of DirectAdmin company does not have special rules regarding the provision of licenses.
4- We have been informed that Direct Admin has deactivated all our licenses without prior notice.
5- Despite Direct Admin not responding to our emails, we had to register our complaint in Direct Admin's forum. In response to this action, one of the employees of Direct Admin requested that we send him the documents. Also, we sent them the documents and they just said that they are following up on the matter, but we have not received a response yet.
In light of the above, we have unfortunately decided to take legal action against DirectAdmin in Canada with a professional lawyer after three weeks of problems that DirectAdmin has caused to our company and increased the dissatisfaction of our customers. We are currently investigating financial and moral damages as well as the amount of damage to our company's brand.
Please accept this letter as a request for information from Direct Admin. If the dispute remains unresolved after September 20, we will file a complaint with the Canadian Trade Commission.

Did you try running the commands? Not being able to reach your client account doesn't necessarily mean your licenses aren't active anymore. Also, it would be a huge coincidence, looking at all the other people who started experiencing licensing issues on the same date.

yeah I do that but the problem not fixed for me.
