change DNS settings

I want to change the DNS settings, but get an error message when going there in the DA panel. I want to know what possibilities more there are for a user to change the last DNS settings.
 
A user needs to have DNS management active in his package to be able to change DNS settings.
If the user has, and get's an error message, you need to provide the error message to be able to help you anyway.

sorry was a misunderstanding.

The thing is, hosting providers always offer both an own dashboard and a dashboard panel for Direct Admin (or another OS) .

I basically have the same options for editing DNS settings. And I changed the DA skin to distinguish where I'm working in.
