I don't use CL or Mysql governer
share your experience @Richard G you are good in these things, what do you suggest having better performance server recommend some tools or cache plugin etc. if you want to plan the best WordPress server what will you plan what will be your roadmap

share your experience @Richard G you are good in these things
I would like to share my experience, but I'm not that good in these things as others. I might be a bit good in DA info and solving some issues. But I can't share experiences I don't have.
We only use shared hosting with customers having various websites and forums and also Wordpress. No dedicated WP server or something like that. It's only a very small business.

There are others here who do WP hosting and knowing way more than me about things like that.

okay so you recommend me OLS(openlitespeed) ?
LS Cache + opCache + Redis all together ?
Openlitespeed is the free version, Pro Versions are probably better, it depends..
https://litespeedtech.com/products/litespeed-web-server/lsws-pricing
Yepp all 3 together. They doing different things. RTFM.
And let mysqltuner run maybe once a month (after you collected some traffic, and then from time to time)
For WP there is a plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/litespeed-cache - there on the description part, you can see also the differences between free and pro LS, and what it does.
And there in WP in the LS plugin you can also set the usage from Redis.

Server-level caching as Litespeed does with its WP plugin is always better than only User-level caching, as most of the others WP plugins are doing.

@johannes @Zhenyapan
I have installed OLS + OpCache + Radis

1. how do I verify they are working as expectation
2. any tutorial or guide for OLS tuning my server load getting higher
3. anything else that I can do better, my server to provide the fastest hosting services

you can download any Opcache tester script, that will show what you have cached and it's ratings. - I don't use another things so can't advice about OLS or Redis

Your best option would be something like what I have set up for WordPress. That would include OpenLiteSpeed, Redis, PHP 8.1, OPCache and MariaDB 10.6 at the server level and LS Cache. I believe DA installs OpCache by default.

VPS
10 vcore
60GB RAM
1.6TB SSD
Port 1GB

VS

Dedicated Seever
RAM: 24 GBCPU: Intel Core i7 980 (6 x 3.33 GHz)STORAGE: 1 x 80 GB SSD (boot)
1 x 500 GB SSD
1 x 2 TB HDD
PORT: 100 Mbit/s

Which is better and why
If this dedicated i buy it will be good ?
I am consuded due to less RAM and Internet port and HDD

This is only option i have right now
Should i upgrade or tune more this vps and wait for better option

Dedicated is better. VPS will share resource like cpu, Disk IO ( Read Write speed ).
