Hello
Is there a way to automatically back up the user?
With script or direct admin?

Because I did it with cpanel but I don't know about directadmin.

You can do that as either admin or reseller.
As admin you can use the backup/transfer option, or you can change to reseller and use the "Manage user bacups" to do it.

But I do not have access to the admin. Access direct admin only with user.

Ah then you're on the wrong place anyway. This forum is not intended for support to end customers, only to admins and resellers.
So for support you should contact your hosting provider.

However, to still answer your question: There is no default function on userlevel to make automated backups, only manually via the button in the Directadmin GUI.
Some hosters provide external party apps or in some cases you can make a backup via cron.
If you have cron access you could create a script. However I'm no scripter so I can't help you with that.

Cpanel had WHMEASYBACKUP script you could use as a reseller or user to automate offsite backups.

I would love for a similar script for DA.
