Hello ,

We had an incident with our hosting plan.
It seems that our IP address has been banned from Microsoft 365 but not from any other anti-spam service.
The address is clean and not on any other list.
This prevents us from being able to send emails to 365 subscribers.

Is there a relay service for Directadmin or can I have another server connected to Directadmin that would allow me to send all the emails of my customers without having to go through a service like Mailgrid and Sendermail.
It would have to be ready for each account created in Directadmin.

thanks

I will see what it gives then I hope not to have too much complication in the next days.
Only getting member of SNDS and JMPR is not fixing anything. It's highly preferable because Microsoft preferes it, but it will not solve your issue.
To do that, you also have to fill in the "contact sender support" form.
From which you initially might get a default response, but you have to reply to that if everythings is fixed and you comply to all RFC rules.
So be sure to use at least SPF records (and DKIM is optional but preferable in addition).

an you please send me the form that you are talking about ?
It's where I said. Login to SNDS:
On that page there is a link under Help! I have a problem sending mail to Outlook.com, right side at the end.

As for the sending from another ip, check this thread.

Finally,

We decided to go for a relay service which is definitely the best.
1USD / Monthly and 20 cent per 1000
For a guarantee of delivery of emails these number 1
Once again I can't say it enough, thank you all for your help and suggestions.
