Failing to get started email

I feel like an absolute idiot, because I swear I've done this before at multiple sites, but I can't figure out how to even get started with email in DA!!!

I read the directions here, which begin with the words, "To create an e-mail account, sign into the control panel and then click on the "E-Mail Manager" icon"....but I don't have an E-mail Manager icon! Honestly, it took me way too long to figure out how to have the skin show me icons at all :ROFLMAO:....but I have icons for Mail Queue Adminstration, E-mail Tracking, E-mail Summary, and Webmail: Roundcube. No E-mail Manager.

Frustratingly enough, the illustration doesn't show an icon for E-mail Manager, but DOES show an icon for E-mail Accounts....but I don't have an icon for that either!

I'd sure appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction!

I think you are a user and not an admin right?
This forum is made for admins ;-)
 
I should add for the sake of completeness that, for better and worse, I'm THE admin at our site.

Everybody starts somewhere with a new toolset, and where I am is looking at the documentation, seeing a text description of what I should be doing that conflicts with the illustration that accompanies it, and neither one matching my available options.

I'm just hoping to find a little clarity here that I'm not finding in the documentation. If this is the wrong place to look for that, I'll happily take your advice about where I should look.

Since you say that you see the Mail Queue Manager, this prooves you're in admin level.
Look on top of the page on the right side, there use see a "admin" and "user" tab next to each other.
Clock on the "user" tab, then you are on user level (from your admin account) and there you will find the options which a user (so also admin as user) would need, including button to create new email address.
