After domain propagation my domain is showing 404 error not found nginx and SSL layer not found. Is it due to propagation is still processing?

After domain propagation my domain is showing 404 error not found nginx and SSL layer not found. Is it due to propagation is still processing? If it's the case the TTL is 3600 which already 24hr passed. What would be the source of issues?

No, 404 error can be from webserver only. So check nginx/apache it there virtualhost for domain? Is domain pointed to correct IP/NSs? Is there some files in public_html dir. Also if domain pointed/added correctly you can generate Letsencrypt cert.
