Hi, does this license work for Ubuntu versions 24.04?
The strange thing is that it tells me that DirectAdmin doesn't support Debian 13, but I have Ubuntu installed.

Ubuntu24 is based on Debian13.

Legacy License have only support on Debian 12, Rhel9 , ..etc.

Newest OS won't support anymore.

Yes you can, but not on Ubuntu 24.04. Only lower versions.

It's really ridiculous that the legacy license can now not be installed on a modern OS. Directadmin should just be honest and say the legacy licenses are now terminated.. as it is basically is that anyways.

That is something they already try to tell multiple times
You can have an discounted full version (15 dollar /month) if you have a legacy license

That has been the case. They have the choice to leave it like this and then we still get some updates and stuff. Or they can do as other company's do and they declare it EOL. And then everything stops.
Personally we rather have it this way so will still get something (and updates), and indeed as @Active8 says, you can convert to a discounted full version, unless you're using internal license.
