Email not sending or receiving – please enable mail services

Hello,

I have configured email accounts on my domain arcnetlabs.org using DirectAdmin.

Email is not sending or receiving:
- Roundcube inbox is empty
- Outgoing mail fails
- Gmail POP/SMTP connects but retrieves no mail

Please:
1. Confirm Exim and Dovecot are running
2. Unblock outbound SMTP (ports 25, 465, 587)
3. Confirm mail service is fully enabled for my account

Domain: arcnetlabs.org
Mail server: mail.arcnetlabs.org

This forum isn't hosting provider.

Build your own server, then you can fixed this thing from time to time.
Because hosting provider sometime it's suck when service not work and you can't fixed in administrator level 😒.

You need to ask your hoster
Thanks man, I was actually looking for the support button all over the site, couldn't find it until now. I've opened a support ticket for this 👍
