Whose problem is it?

I've been stuck with this screen for over 24 hours. The hosting provider insists the problem is with DirectAdmin, and I'm stuck here, my clients without access, me without access, and all I can do is wait. This message: "My account disconnected," could it be due to a problem with DirectAdmin? I would appreciate any response, and I warn you, besides trying to extort money from me (he wants me to pay more to change the control panel), he speaks very badly of your service; I don't even know why he offers it!!

This forum is for people who are server admins, so my question is (Note i'm not an admin of the forum nor related to DA):

Are you server admin?
Did you buy the license yourself?
Do you rent a VPS / Dedicated server?
Are you a user / reseller?

Because DirectAdmin does not control the accounts on a server, they "rent out software" that server admins can use.

I see i can access the login page, so i guess you are a User / Reseller, so the people you pay (svrdedicado) has to enable your account, unless you did something that is not allowed on the server ;-)
 
Becarefully, they're scamming to extort money from you.
Directadmin not deactivate account without reason.

This is human doing to make it look deactivate by buggy in the directadmin.

Thank you all. That's exactly the point. I'm a reseller.. and de provider puts the fault in DirectAdmin.. He wants me to switch to another panel service so he can charge me more. What I find worse is that he's discrediting the direct admin service, which I think is fantastic!

But that's up to you. I even think you should be able to have user (end-user) evaluations of the service so you don't grant licenses to just anyone...
 
I'm sorry if i'm in the wrong place to talk about this. It's primarily a rant, especially because they're ruining the reputation of the Direct Admin service. But thans anyone here for the answers!!
 
I'm a reseller.. and de provider puts the fault in DirectAdmin.
If his DA is disabled, there is even risk he's using an illegal version of Directadmin. Then it's easy to put the fault with DA if it's closed down, because he would never admit having a wrongfull license. So that's also an option.

He should be able to make backups for you via SSH. I would suggest you go to another more trustfull DA hoster with DA.
 
If you want to switch your hosting provider to another more reputable service provider, there are a lot here in the forum. I`d like to welcome you as a reseller too :)
