Hey everyone,

Firstly I have just sorted rDns/Ptr, DMARC, Dkim etc.

However the email sending seems to take forever and emails from the website the server is hosting don't seem to be getting recieved at all (not even sure if they are sending).

I will be there first to admit - when it comes to email, I have no idea what I am doing.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction for how to possibly diagnose what the issue(s) are.

Chek your exim logs, then try send email to mailtester to check where is problem.
Ok will give that a go and see but mail-checker.com didn't seem to show anything that would show issues. Wondering if it might be related to my website script that is sending the emails as emails from Directadmin to the Admin account email address seem to always make it through. But will have a look at the exim logs before and then after the mail-checker check. But sending emails from roundcube seems to take around 1-2 minutes to send.

it's too long, maybe DNS resolve issue from server side, also check exim queue and server load.

There is ALOT going on in the exim log.
Am I ok to upload/atach it here as I have no idea what it's telling me.

Average server load is 0.00 and all looks normal to me so I think it's an exim issue but I dont know enough to be able to know for sure.

The only thing in que is a system automated email from the DirectAdmin update I did an hour ago and it's showing as "frozen" . However in email tracking, there are alot of failed emails. They originate from both my website and directadmin.
