I'm using Direct Admin for the 1st time. In my new account, I'm wanting to Move my reseller default domain name to the My Users area, and I have a newely registered URL that I want to make the default reseller URL. So far, I Don't appear to be catching on as to how I can do that.

I added my New URL to the reseller area, and made that the Default. What would happen if I Delete the Original reseller URL, and Re Add that URL to the My Users area?

Please don't write in bold, that is not required for anything and it won't speed up answers either as you can see.

If you have a newly registered domain name which you want to be your main domain name, then in your own user area, set that domain as main domain and that's all.

If you want to move the old reseller domain to a seperate account as user, then just delete the domain name (if no data is on it yet), then as reseller create a new account as you would do for a customer and add the domain name there again.

I have a zip backup of public_html for that URL. I have Email accounts that I'd want with Emails as well. :--)

A zip backup? You can just create a directadmin backup and then rename the backup file and import it at your account.
You can also create the emails newly with passwords and then put all mails back in manually and public_html too, might be a better option in some cases.

I appeared to have some issues. However, I found a way to get my account the way that I want.

I Don't appear to see how to Change the Reseller Domain Name PassWord. How do I do that?

And how can I log into each site DirectAdmin panel, Without having to log out, and into user accounts?

You are both reseller and user on the same account. So for the reseller part you select reseller(level) on top and for user part you choose userlevel.
Now for your second question, there is an option to display your users. Choose that option and to login, just click on the user and you can login as the user without having to logout.
You can then even swap to reseller level or choose to logout as user.

I still use the Enhanced skin, so I can't explain in detail but it shows itself and maybe somebody else can tell you more specifically.

Before I had my new account changed, under My Users, I'd select a Domain Name, and I'd see something like LogIn As user-name. Somehow, I'm Not seeing that at the moment. Server tech support should be able to get that back.

I quickly changed to Evolution skin to see if I can help you. It might depend on the view of Evolution you configured, but if you click on the "my users" list then you can click on a user. And in Evolution it's not called "login as user" but "Impersonate".
So if you see the "impersonate" button, that's the one you need.

I was temp on a Different DirectAdmin server that had a Log In As button. Looks like the Impersonate button is the Same.

I Changed one of my URLs from .cc to .top, and the SSL is still Connected to .cc. Should that Auto Correct?

I Prefer having the Reseller section Apart from the My Users section. That method Doesn't have a way to Change the Reseller PassWord?

If there was a "login as" button then they were using the Enhanced skin. That is still working but missing some features which are available in the Evolution skin.
Some of us like the Enhanced skin more due to it's simplicity so some of us still use that skin. The Impersonate button is the same indeed.

I disabled changing of domain names. To fix this faster you can better create a new domain, transfer the files and mail and then delete the old one.
If all is well the SSL should auto correct but it might also be you need to create a new ssl yourself by using the option if it takes too long.
That might be the case because I'm not sure if DA detects a changed domain name as a new one and then autossl would not work.

Reseller password is changed if you are a reseller/user.
If you want a seperate account as user, you can leave the reseller as is, create a new user account and use that. That will have a different password then anyway and you can change that to what you like. Since it's then a real "customer" account, it will not affect any reseller settings or password.
