How to transfer an account from cpanel to directadmin

I am a hosting provider.
New customer from other provider, they are using cpanel hosting.
My customer only have cpanel user account.
Please know me How to import / transfer that account to my server (is using directadmin)?

Thread 'cpanel migrstion - from built in?'

Ok, I have found dozens of pages discussing how to migrate from cpanel to DA via backups and all kinds of tricks copying over backups, etc. What I have not found is the direct docs on the feature that seems to be builtin to DA?? Has anyone tried this? Any tips?? Any docs? I tried the directadmin site but can find anything specific.

Hi everyone,

I searched the forums and also the DA Docs but could not find clarity on the DA cPanel Import function (unless I looked in the wrong Forum sections) which I hope someone can explain to me correctly.

1. What exactly do the three tick boxes for the "Run Import" mean and what exactly do they do?
- Replace existing user
- Ignore convert errors
- Preserve owner

2. Is there no option to add an imported account or list of accounts to an existing user?

3. How is the list of sailed and successful import logs cleared?

4. Can multiple Imports be run at the same time or not?

Hi!

From cpanel i don't have root account, only enduser account.
cpanel can import from directadmin enduser.
I don't know how to to import from cpanel enduser account.
