How long has it been down for? I can confirm that domain doesn't load from my side either (so you're not firewalled). In the case your provider's website isn't loading either, I'd suggest looking for a new host to restore your backups to (which I'm praying you have stored locally).

If time allows, that would always be the recommended option.
