Hi, Will legacy DA support Ubuntu 24? Because currently it tells to upgrade license. Also what about other OS's? Will it support Almalinux 10 and so on?

maybe it related to database size count, there was strings about this in skin translation.

check mysqltuner recommendations, also check phpmyadmin recommendations.

check TOP, check website logs, mysql logs. Test pages with benchmarks and optimize them.

you can add own notice for second method, like "ask support to create backup"

is DA updated? maybe you have some customizations in directadmin.conf?

are there any files? is there enough disk space?

check if /home/tmp/ dir exists
