I'm afraid there is no way to disable ticketing. One approach I can think of on the spot is hiding Create Ticket action from the menu. This can easily be customized on Evolution skin: Customize Evolution Skin > Menu.

Try running da build roundcube # or /usr/local/directadmin/directadmin build roundcube It sounds like you are running an older version of DirectAdmin, try updating.

This does not seem to be exclusive to MS365 restore, this looks to be related to expanded DNS records bug, not working correctly with trailing white spaces. A 1.652 hotfix will soon be released to resolve the issue.

Have you customized dns records/named templates? If no, could you create a ticket at https://tickets.directadmin.com/new_ticket.php ?

Can confirm, this is a known issue due to internal changes. It is planned to be fixed in the upcoming releases, either 1.653 or 1.654.

Try enabling Core functions in tandem with DNS-Only or Email-Only. Core functions are needed for the skin to work. Disable it for API only.
