403 Forbidden / Security

My 2 newest domain names appear to be taking a Long time to be loading properly. I either see a 403 Error, or I see a so called un secure warning. The SSL certificates look fine. Both domain names have a .top extension. How can I get that Resolved?!

Check the webserver access and error logs for more clues.

The issue with SSL cert might be related to misconfiguration of IPv4/IPv6. A real domain name is required if you need any further help.

One other thing to check along with @zEitEr 's advice above is to check your ModSecurity settings also. Read the logs and check any rules which may be triggering the 403. 1 last thing to check is the file permissions. Good luck

Server tech have told me that my newest domain names look like they are Correct. FortiGuard has a Different take on those domain names.
