Well, it pretty much tell's itself, there is too less space.

User? contact your host

admin, see what takes up too much space and see if you can delete old backups etc.

$ df -h I checked the space on the server and there is still space left. Where do I need to check further?

Well, your harddisk is full full, like 99,999999% (atleast you Inodes, amount of files)

How big is your harddisk?

try this

sudo du -a /dir/ | sort -n -r | head -n 20

to find big files.

What parts can I delete without affecting the system?

Well, "nothing" but your home seems to be big (compared to the rest).
But do you only have 30 GB diskspace?

Start purging spam folders and trashcans for mail.
But only 30 GB is very little, better is to have space added.
