Been getting the following error when sending for some reason the past few days. PTR record is present and looks as follows

domain.tld 900 PTR <ipv4 in reverse>.in-addr.arpa.domain.tld

Full error

<target email address>

host spool.mail.gandi.net [2001:4b98:e00::1]

SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<target email address>:

550 5.7.1 Client host rejected: cannot find your reverse hostname, [my ipv6 server ip]

PTR record is present and looks as follows
If you created that in Directadmin it won't be seen as a valid PTR record because PTR records need to be set with the ip owner.

You need to set that PTR record where you cat the ip address from, mostly your datacenter.

i AM the ip owner / server owner and it's set through the admin level at the dns management section. The server is handling the DNS
