Hello,
I can neither send emails, nor receive them. When I try to send I get the next error in Outlook:

“550 Administrative prohibition”

When I send email to server I get message back with error:

The mPOP.Fallback_MX program
<email>: host mail.mydomain.tld[ip] said: 550
Administrative prohibition (in reply to end of DATA command)

Could you, please, advise how to solve the problem.

These don't look like DirectAdmin errors. What do you see in the /var/log/maillog file while attempting to use Outlook to download email?

What do you see in /var/log/exim/mainlog while attempting to upload email to the server?

while attempting to use Outlook to download email /var/log/maillog:

Mar 20 04:27:54 km21805 vm-pop3d[3897]: User '[email protected]' logged in from ip, nmsgs=0
Mar 20 04:27:55 km21805 vm-pop3d[3897]: Session ended for user: '[email protected]' from ip, nmsgs=0, ndel=0

It seems that checking email is ok but
/var/log/exim/mainlog while attempting to upload email to the server:
