Hello,

I get the error: 554 5.7.1 Realy access denied when I try to send to an e-mail adress on the DirectAdmin server.

After restarting the service "named" it functions for a few minutes and after a while I'll get the error: 554 5.7.1 Realy access denied again.

Could you please help me to fix this issue??

Thank you very much.

On the bottom you find the error. I have to bland the domain name because it is from one of my customers. Thank you.

Is the DirectAdmin server yours? If so, check the /var/log/exim/mainlog to see why your mail from the qmail server is being denied.

If the DirectAdmin isn't yours, then you'll need to contact the administrator of the server as you otherwise have no way to know.

That said, the most common reason for this to occur is if the mx record for the domain points to the server running DirectAdmin and the domain isn't hosted on that server.
