A few things I noticed after upgrading to 1.337

I upgraded to 1.337 via the GUI. I got the notice saying the system had been upgraded, so I assume it did what it was supposed to, however after looking into some of the features, I noticed a few things that the upgrade seems to have missed:

1) The files for the "uid counter for new users" features are not created:
app1# ls /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/high*
ls: No match.
app1#

2) tally_user_post.sh does not exist.

Any insights?
