a problem in the server

when i entered to "domains" folder i get an error
"Unable to open /domains. Permission denied."
and i can to create or to upload files in this folder.
and one more question
how do i do that will be my admin page?
i mean my default that when i enter into the admin the page will show up

I'm not at all sure what you mean.

Presuming you're using DirectAdmin, when you log in through the DirectAdmin URL you'll be in the main administration page for your site.

Do you mean that when you log in using FTP you should be in the domains folder? You can do that in your ftp client.

Otherwise please be more clear as to what you mean.
