After DA setup I had realized that out of the two IPs used, one of them wasn't the correct IP.
ns2.valhosting.net resolves to 65.23.154.10
It should resolve to 65.23.154.9
I use .10 for a different service and have a different reverse IP of it.
This normally shouldn't be an issue, easy to fix. So I logged into DA and selected DNS Management, and simply changed the IP. That was almost a week ago and the DNS has not proprigated. Knowing that this has taken too long I started poking around /var/named/valhosting.net.db and saw that DA had infact updated the zonefile, but just to make sure I incremented the serial number and restarted named. This did not work either, any ideas?
