I was just notified by a customer that their website wasn't responding so i went into the server and checked services in DA and everything was good to go, but it was acting a little odd, so i kicked a nice soft reboot of the server.

after a bit when it should have come back online by then i went into the server with console access and i see this. I've never seen this before and it seems information online about this is pretty sparse too.

anyone got an idea what to do here with how to fix it?

maybe database corrupted or there have many the roll back table. So if you just reboot without checking all log service. it couldn't determine the situation.

thanks. i had to force a power off as a gentle reboot wouldn't work. it came back online but was a bit slow.

however once i got in there and was checking stuff out i discovered that / was more or less full. I did some updates to the system and also cleared out /var/log files older than 30 days as well as the update files or whatever they are called that weren't used anymore.

end of the day i cleared out over 2gb of log files as well as another 1.5gb or so of useless updates that were no longer needed. the server is now back online and actually performing better now. After I did all that i did an update on the OS and rebooted it again.
