A very uncommon issue... Please help.

Hey Everyone,

Unfortunately, I can't remember which email I used in order to sign up for my DA account, and I need to renew my license in about a month. So far, support is denying my request at providing me with the login email even after I offered to provide:

1) the ROOT password
2) the ADMIN password,

along with the License ID, the User ID, and the server IP Address.

I also offered to provide a screenshot/video of my DA Admin panel, yet its been 24hours and I still haven't heard back from support.

I have over +100 hours of work put into this server using direct admin, and I want to renew my subscription because I cannot create a new license with the same IP address.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Why can you not create a new license for the IP address?

Does the license have to expire first?
