about mod_choke?

I found mod_choke to control connection/ip. What do you think and know about this.

This is the first I've heard about it. The website doesn't appear to have any documentation on it, perhaps it is included in the download.
Give it a try, if it doesn't work out you can always remove it and install one of the more known ones.

mod_throttle and mod_bandwidth are similar in nature I think.
