Access CGI-BIN folder

Hi,
I am trying to install an application inside CGI-BIN folder, but I do not be managing to run script in this directory, receiving a message that tells that I do not have authorization to access this folder. There is some location to give is access permission, since in the CGI-BIN folder who is located in the (/var/www/cgi-bin) is possible to run script usually.

Very obliged for the accompanying tip! Although already to have looked for in the Help and not to have found nothing on webalizer, it could help me in this problem that already I placed in the forum more I did not have no reply?
