Hi,

I've hired a company to do a job on my website. They are having this problem that I don't fully understand. I'm hoping someone can figure this out for me. What the problem is that they are facing and a solution to it.

Their email they sent to me(which explains the problem the best) reads als follows:

"Firstly, I want you to understand this thing that –

1. I can access your direct admin which is fine.
2. I can access the files that is PHP Codes for your website through direct admin or ftp which is fine.
3. I need the access of the database which is My-SQL that is storing the data’s of your website which is not working for me at the moment. We are not getting how to access the database either through DirectAdmin or any other sections."

Anyone?

Kind regards

yourdomain.tld/phpmyadmin should be what they should use to access your database using the database credential that i presume should be store in the website config file.

Best regards
