Access to E-mail

Hello, once I am migrating from cPanel I have some doubts here.
On cPanel I can access to users e-mails accounts (webmail) using as root or reseller.
Here on DA I am trying to check/view e-mails user on webmail, but I can not see without having the password of email.
Is there way to see it like on cPanel?

Most people here think this is not ok without the consent of the user. So it's not enabled by default.
