Account locked due to suspicious activity

I do remember all the passwords which I have used before , from day 1 @2005 until now , none with successful login.
Logical, as DA said they did a password reset, then ofcourse no old passwords will work.

You could represent DA never remove email address but @DirectAdmin Sales told at the last reply what it has done.
I know that for more than 15 years, that's not how they operate and not what they wrote here on the forums.
If you want to make such statements, then proove it because that is most certainly not what it says on the last reply here.

DA could not proof we have abuse
And you couldn't proove ownership in any way otherwise you already had your account back again.
According to their last response here, they have way better arguments than you for investigating about the licenses.

Just reset the password to the day which the account create , than you could proof who am I , will you ?

And just stop spamming the forums with your complaints as this has 0 effect, and act as DA said in their last reply:
Contact their billing address as they stated for legal account recovery.

Summary of the case flow.

1) All licenses deactivated , ticket no reply for 48 hours , I come to this forum and post .
2) DA tickets told me we should upgrade and pay to get licenses back , but the upgrade button not found .
3) Someone like @Richard G said I violate licenses , no other reason . 100% DA trustee ( Something like inside DC , outside DC , IP blocks , all terms in-additional wrote )
4) @DirectAdmin Sales quote they did not change any agreements since 2003 , I have violate the licenses .
5) I confirm and quoted the DA agreement , I have no action taken to violate the licenses .
6) After no way to proof I violate the licenses , DA still asking me to pay for licenses update.
7) After DA found no way to proof the violation , DA claim that I changed email address and contact information , that cause the deactivate action , ( Why a payment request in-front , and security issue at the end ? If account security is an issue , why ask me to pay for upgrade ? )
8) DA removed my email address of account , so password recovery is impossible , changing the password and lock me out .

This is a spam , so funny.

Simple questions for normal persons could understand the fact :
If I am a cracker , I could crack all passwords for 18 years ?
If I am not the owner , I will post it here ?
Why asking payments in front , lock out at the end ?

I have no power to fight here anymore , nobody could wake up a fake sleeping.

2.) Button is in your account, maybe not if your licenses are disabled.
3.) Multiple people here wrote to you that it's not allowed.
4.) Correct, you can use the wayback machine, no change in agreemetns
5.) Seems you did it in another way in any case
6.) You didn't proof any ownership
7.) After you didn't proof your ownership, DA reset the complete account to the original owner who paid for the licenses. Payment for change license, to be good to you. There was no deactivation action, account was reset on your request.
8.) They did not remove anything, they reset the account to the original owner of the account.

9.) This is spam, as you only complaint and provide 0 proof, you are accusing DA but from other things you place a screenshot, but not from your lies. Next to that you're lying again. DA does not remove email addresses, they reset the account, use your email address which you used when buying the license if you are the owner as you claim. Like I suggested before.
10.) Seems you can't (otherwise you would have done so already) so seems more and more that you most likely are not the original owner of the account.
11.) Passwords do not count. I have password to DA accounts of 3 different company's, still... 2 of those are not my accounts or my licenses, so that prooves nothing.
12.) They said you can contact sales for legal retrieval, seems you can't because you only complaint here where nobody can help you. Or did you? I think not otherwise you wouldn't be here again.

If all violaters are using forums and tickets like this, then I understand what kind of time is going to cost this for DA.

Who am I? Trustee? Not at all. Good customer? Yes I am. And I'm angry at people trying to make DA look bad while they themselves seem to not be able to provide any proove of their accusations. Because that works out negative for licenses of other non-violating users.

This is better than some TV programmes! ?

Since 2005, you have not used these forums I take it.......... Besides, DA has the right to disable the account since most account details were changed - even if by mistake - it might have been hacked.
