Additional IP doesn't work on domains.

Hi guys!
I've a problem with digital ocean and additional ips.

I bought a server with IP 68.183.111.x on Digital Ocean, and I Installed Direct Admin on it. Then I realized that the IP server is not fixed, so I bought a new IP and that's the reason why I'm writting this post

The Reserved IP for my server is 24.199.66.x and when I put this 24.199.66.x:2222 on the browser, I can get the directadmin login page (obviously without ssl)

I followed the steps on https://docs.directadmin.com/directadmin/general-usage/managing-ips.html to add this reserved IP to my domains, and I testing it with leydeconexion.com
I do "host leydeconexion.com" on my system and I get 24.199.66.x ip, but on the browser I get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

As you can see on the screenshot, all seems to be configured as in documentation but for some reason I can't get it working.


Could you help me please?

Server is ubuntu 22.04

I found something else that maybe can help

I can't get into any ports except 2222
https://leydeconexion.com:2222/ that works, but not the rest

something else to add to the list of tests:

I did telnet to 24.199.66.x port 80 and telnet 24.199.66.x 2222 from inside the server and it works, but I did the same from outside (another vps and my local pc) and I cant get into any port except 2222 from outside.

I disabled the csf firewall and tested it again with the same results.

so, to resume:

From the server I can reach any port with IP 24.199.66.x
From outside, I CANT reach any port, except 2222
