Hi there,
I've just performed an Admin Backup/Transfer (sent via FTP from source server to the admin_backups folder on destination server and restored). The restore appears to have gone just fine, in fact, it went really well.
However, almost immediately after thinking everything was sorted, I noticed that logging into some accounts and selecting "DNS Management" results in
Upon checking the "DNS Administration" from the Admin side, it indeed has the records but says local data "No" (these are two connected servers, so it's normal to see the other servers DNS there).
Any ideas what I can do to fix this? or any ideas what causes this to work for some domains and not others?
