Hey guys,
Heres my situation... I have 2 web server, both updated to the newest DA. I am in the process of eliminating a server and one-by-one am moving users from the "old" server to the "new" server.
I logged into the "old" server, went to Admin Backup/Transfer, selected 1 particular user, and under "where" typed in the IP of the "new" server and the remote path of /home/admin/admin_backups... The backup was created successfully and even checked with ftp://New_Server_IP/home/admin/admin_backups and the tarball was there.
Next, I logged into the "new" server, and tried to restore from the local path where the backup is stored, clicked "update files" and after several attempts, in "step 3 : Select Files" it says "No data to show". THE DATA IS THERE!!! but DA doesn't seem to think it's there.
Any help would be appreciated. I don't know how much help it will be, but I attached a screenshot that will help to prove my case... Thanks,
Brad
