Admin Backup/Transfer

Hello.

I am now to DA, so please be patient :)

I was trying to make a back up in the functionality "Admin Backup/Transfer". When clicked submit, it just responded me with: "Backup creation added to queue".

I understand that I need to wait, but after an hour stil nothing happened. What am i doing wrong?

Well thre should be many reason.

1 - The user data are big so the backup take long time
2 - cron isnt running (check data.queue if backups lines are still there and if crond is running, also try dataskq in debug mode)
3 - The backup has finieshed but you didnt get an email and didnt notice the notify in control panel (tickets)

Check those things and logs for see if something went wrong and why.

Hello

First, sorry for my english

I have same problem

1. My site is new site and there's only few html pages
3. I have login to my server by ssh and check in folder /home/admin/admin_backups but there isn't any backup file

2. i have setup crontab by command "yum install crontabs -y" and here's message
Package crontabs-1.10-33.el6.noarch already installed and latest version
Nothing to do
