Hope someone can help me out.

The main domain for the admin acct is not available and the std error message shows "This account has been suspended"

This message occured when the bandwidth usage went over 1Gb but it should be unlimited.

xxx:2222/CMD_ADDITIONAL_DOMAINS?action=view&domain=domain.com was set to 0 but I have now doubled the actual bandwidth limit and I can't get shot of the message.

No other domains (reseller/user) are affected at this time.

Anyone help?

thanks

When you login, go to "Show All Users". Then check the box to the right of the admin account and click the "Unsuspend" button at the bottom.

In all users, the domain does not (and did not) show as suspended.
I did check the box and click unsuspend the other day - just in case :)

This was the screen message

An error has occurred

Details

You cannot suspend/unsuspend yourself

I'm happy believing that this is something controlled beyond the CP interface controls. Hence posting here in the forums.

Thanks for the suggestion though. Where next?

Have you looked in the /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/admin/httpd.conf file to see what the DocumentRoot points to?

Have you looked in /etc/virtual to see if there's a link there to example.com_off (where of course example.com is replaced by your domain name)?

Solved - Thanks Jeff.

The file /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/admin/httpd.conf was pointing to the suspended folder.

To fix.
Point to the correct location.
Restart http service
CTRL refresh browser.
Done.
