Admin Domain Suspended

Hello,

We have one admin account under which all of our users reside. We also have some of our own personal domains under our admin account.

For some reason one of our domains has is not unlimited even though our admin account is unlimited as well as the rest of our domains.

The account is currently suspended and I do not see a way to unsuspend the domain.


To view the domains under the admin account I go to Show All Users -> admin -> admin's User Data and see the following screen:

I have two questions....

1) How do I unsuspend a domain under the admin account?

2) How do I set the domain to unlimited?

Please not that I created a new admin account so I could "unsuspend" the primary admin account because I got the error message that I couldn't modify my own account. However, this did not unsuspend the domain in the admin account.

1) How do I unsuspend a domain under the admin account?

1. Go to User Level

If you have more than one domain
2. Click Domain Administration

If you have just one domain
2. Click Domain Setup

3. Check the domain you want to unsuspend
4. Click the Suspend/Unsuspend button

2) How do I set the domain to unlimited?

5. Click the domain you want to modify
6. Set your limits
7. Click the Save button
