Hello,
Direct Admin was installed using my maindomain.com. How can I set all the options (email, subdomains, ftp, etc) of this domain? When I click on User Level it just displays "no data to show". If I try to add a user for this domain it complains that the domain already exists ...

Please help ...

Thank you..

Check to see if there's an entry for the DNS zone.

If there is, first make note of the contents, then remove the entire zone.

Then add the domain in the admin's user control panel and then fix the DNS entry as required.

I am having this problem and I believe it can be fixed by going to Administrator Settings and adjusting servers name from domain.tld to server.domain.tld / it says this change will restart directadmin ..Im not sure if it means just a reboot or if all information will be lost / anybody have any knowledge to confirm this? thanks.

Thanks jlasman!

This fixed the problem :)
Dominp, theres no need to restart DirectAdmin, just do exactly what jlasman said and you'll find your "admin-domain" under "User level" :)

yea all i can figure out how to do is upload files.... and even then all that happens to my site is this..
teamressurection.clanhn.com
look at that :(

Where have you been trying the upload?

If you've created a new site called "teamressurection.clanhn.com" then you should follow the instructions in the welcome email for that site.
