after change server (use old HD), can't open directadmin

My server mainboard to damage and change new mainboard (lan card from plug-in (eth0) change to onboard(eth2))

In Firefox, I can open my IP (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) "Apache is functioning normally ", but open the website (abc.com) as same "Apache is functioning normally ", can't load website homepage. firefox can't connect xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:2222 and abc.com:2222.

I use VNC login server, restart directadmin service, stopping directadmin is failed, starting is sucessd.

How to start directadmin service?
