After last DirectAdmin update server is not responding

Please create a support ticket, 403 usually means a permissions problem :) Maybe a wrong chmod/ownership of /home for example.

Sorry but I am not able to create a support ticket, I thing my license do not allow me .

I just create a new thread maybe you can help me.

This is very annoying host do not support me and I can not get help from DA.

This starts to happen after trying to update DA.

You should start considering a license from directadmin.com or another provider then, which could support you on cases like this :) Let's do 1-time exception - feel free to PM me with the server details, and I'll check it for you.

I already send PM with details.
 
Issues on the server:
* Affected domain is suspended.
* Custom DirectAdmin port is not added to TCP_IN in CSF firewall, thus DA is running, just not reachable, as IP is not whitelisted in CSF too.
