Is this a DirectAdmin question? How are we to test it for you?

Using your example - you say:

if I sent email at the three accounts at once
the only one forward is working.

that is because all your forwards are going to the same address "[email protected]"
 
You didn't state that in your post. Be careful what you state - as we can only see what you write.
You also said that you sent it in one go - we can only assume that this means sending an email with the addressees in the to: box. If you meant that you sent 3 separate emails, then state this.

Now, check your log files and see what the error is. My guess is that you haven't set it up correctly, and there's not a lot we can do unless you give us the real email and real alias/forwards to assist you with.
