I want (for root & admin) all db's in phpmyadmin. What should I do?

For root? Root should not have any databases when using DA, only admin, and they normally are already present.
What is the problem? And what databases you expect root to have?

If you want to see all databases for all users, just log into phpmyadmin with your root or da_admin credentials. (I also do this sometimes to do work/check on clients' databases)

That's what you mean, right?

You must have made access for root then.
Normally the mysql root user for Directadmin is da_admin, not root.
