This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

ahh how nice of you to say that. Your life must be **** for you to just say crap like that.

What do you think I have already done dumbass.
You posted the answer to your question, plain and simply. Yahoo is telling you that they've issued a permanent block against your IP#, and they've given you the link for you to read to find out why.

Following the link in their error message (which you posted, and then following the link on that page, will take you to this page: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/postmaster/errors/421-ts03.html

Which says:
This error message indicates we are seeing a high volume of messages from your IP address that is a characteristic of unsolicited, bulk emails. While this is a temporary SMTP error code, we do not recommend attempting to resend your messages until you examine your subscription practices and lists, and implement changes to ensure that your messages are sent only to users who have requested it. Please visit this page to review our best practice recommendations.

If you have deployed significant changes or feel you have received this message in error, you may contact our Postmaster team by filling out this form.
All you do by asking us is waste time; if you'd followed those link s when you first saw the reject message you might have resolved the problems by now.

About all you can really do is make sure you're doing everything right. They seldom reply. Check carefully; there's probably a reason it's happening.
It's certainly not a DirectAdmin issue; I'm going to close this thread.
