Alternative Failure

Hi everyone,
I have site(domain) with a couple of subdomains. Alternatively I've received people reports failures for opening the site. Some of semi professional users say it doesn't ping at all, while apparently I'm the only one that can open domain and all the subdomains properly.
Besides, my host can't help me 'cause they're not real and professional hosts. Maybe I can get the admin user & password to do proper actions, but the problem is I don't know how to fix this.
This is the domain:

And subdomains:
forum.fantasy.ir
fanzine.fantasy.ir
comics.fantasy.ir
wiki.fantasy.ir
english.fantasy.ir

Some one said it might be the DNS problem.

Oh, I was to forget. When I open my site with the IP address, I see the famous "Apache is functioning normally" massage.

What am I suppose to do? Somebody help me, please.

Your nameservers aren't responding with your DNS information. You're probably able to see the site because you made a change to your local (desktop/laptop) hosts file while working on it.

Only your host can help you. If they're not professional, then find a host who is.

If you check it again, possibly you'll see it's responding for some of them.
I myself couldn't see them yesterday but today alternatively I can see some of 'em.

Today I can see them. Are you using your hosting companies settings for DNS? If not, switch to your hosts nameservers.

If you are, and they can't or won't help you, then one else can, because to help we'd need full root access to your server.

So I'd still say find another host if they can't help you.
