how I can solve this problem?
I convert cpanel2directadmin.

dogrugoz is an invalid email address. User celebiso will not be created

Unpack celebiso.tar.gz to a temp directory, find all mentions (it must be user.conf or anything like that) of dogrugoz and replace it with a valid email address. Then re-pack it again and try to restore the account.

Note, you should really understand the things you're going to do. My idea above is not a How-to, or a final guide, it's a direction where you should go in finding a solution.
