I've had my personal Hotmail account for many years and there's no way I want to change my address.

Unfortunately, the level of SPAM I've started receiving is getting ridiculous (over 100 emails per day).

I have a DA server running and was wondering if it could be setup to login to Hotmail account and clean the mailbox every minute (or other interval)?

Thanks.

If you're wanting to use rspamd or SpamAssassin to clean your Hotmail inbox, it's an extremely complex (and likely theoretical) task, and I don't think you'll find it very helpful. The largest reason for one person receiving less spam than another remains to be that not everyone is sent the same type or amount of spam. Regardless of how much people wishfully think it's because one spam filtering system is better than another.

In general, Microsoft's spam filtering is more effective than any open source spam filtering project. It's not nearly as good as Gmail, but it's still better than SA/rspamd on an average day.

Hi MXRoute,

I was just trying to find a solution because it seems to be getting out of hand and I came across a project that did do it but it's been discontinued for a while now:

So I was just hoping it might be possible as 2 or 3 anti-spam's are always better than 1.
